At Geary Farms Beef, our wholesale pricing is straightforward: you pay by the carcass weight, and what you take home are the cuts from that exact animal. On average, a 700lb carcass produces the quantities shown below, though each harvest can vary slightly.

We charge $6.50/lb for Angus beef and $8.75/lb for our premium purebred Wagyu beef. This pricing model is the same for our retail customers and the restaurants we supply, so whether you’re filling your family freezer or stocking a professional kitchen, you’re getting the same high-quality beef at the same wholesale value.
