How Our Reservation Drops Work
Because we finish a limited number of cattle at a time, our upcoming beef harvests are currently fully reserved through February 2027. We intentionally keep our numbers limited so we can stay hands-on with our cattle and maintain the quality our customers expect from us.
We open new beef reservations every three months, with a limited number of shares available at each release. If reservations are closed, you’ll need to wait for our next drop.
Join our waitlist and we’ll email you when reservations open! Keep an eye on your inbox and our social pages so you’re ready spots can fill quickly. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a share. Your spot is secured once you book and pay your deposit.

How Reservations Work
1. Choose your share
Review available sizes, estimated take-home weight, pricing, and freezer-space requirements.
2. Select your harvest month
Choose from the months currently open for reservations.
3. Pay your deposit
Your spot is officially secured once your deposit has been paid.
4. Customize your order
We will send your cut sheet (half share or more) within 24 hours and communicate processing and pickup OR shipping information as your harvest approaches.

Submitting a form or contacting the farm does not hold a share. Availability is first come, first served, and a paid deposit is required to reserve your place.
